Didn't make any recommendations, appeared disinterested in serving us and it showed. The biggest negative mark at this location is the service.
If I were doing this review for just my experiences, a 2 at best. I like to be fair and all inclusive with my reviews. I understand numerical ratings can be arbitrary, so I'm going to be clear that I am giving this place a 3, solely because others at the table seem to enjoy their food and drinks. Considering how much business the restaurant has lost from covid, you would think you would happily accommodate customers, especially when the restaurant has so many open tables!!!! What a terrible experience! Two thumbs way down.
Why did Brittany have to be so unwilling to accommodate us? Just from this experience I would really like never to go to your restaurant and recommend everyone else not to either. What I really don't understand is if we came in separately, they would have seated us the way we wanted. We ended up sitting at two separate tables at the bar. She was very rude, very unreasonable and very un-accommodating. Brittany refused to seat us at two tables and didn't even attempt at trying to seat us at another larger table. Back to back booths and four tops across from the table they tried to sit us in. This was an extremely small table and we wouldn't have been able to all sit comfortably. They proceeded to make us sit in a semi circle table close to the food prep area with a chair at the end. I had wanted two tables and was told by Brittany that this wouldn't be possible because of prior reservations and parties coming in. We were a party of 6, three adults and three children (12 year olds). I went to the Tysons corner location tonight 6/18/21.
